Adopted by the Strub family from the Silent Hill Orphanage, Morris is a Journalist working for the Silent Hill Herald , No one has seen Mr. Strub in the last two weeks and there is some theories he has abandoned his old life to get out of paying child support while those who know him better believe that he has gone missing.

Director of the Silent Hill Historical Society an educated and intelligent seeming older man who has some manner of strange ring that appears to have an occult meaning, upon the first encounter he seemed to act oddly, adoptive father of Morris Strub.
