"And I just keep having these weird dreams, I mean maybe I blocked something out about that night... maybe I ..."  The man will put his hand through his brown hair and shake his head a little, he's still wearing his blue suit but he's taken the jacket off.

"I don't know I think It's effecting my work."

He nodded slowly, thoughtfully "And what do you think it would mean, what kind of thing would you be suppressing?"  He leaned back in the chair in his study, looking at the man on his couch.

"I don't know I was there for the murders maybe I saw something, maybe I wonder why me and why not one of the other kids... I ask myself some times who would do something like that and I have these dreams where I'm hiding and someone is coming towards me and I never see a face." Ben puts his head in his hand, "I think it's effecting my work," Ben became a patient shortly after he was referred and you saw that he was one of the three kids who survived the murders at the Orphanage.

Maybe you shouldn't have taken on something so personal, maybe you felt that you would be the best to help him because it was so personal. Maybe you felt by helping him you could help yourself.

He nodded again and was silently for a time "An event such as you lived through can leave scars on a man that run deeply into the mind....the feeling of wondering why you were the one to live and the others weren't can leave a sense of guilt on someone, the feeling that someone else might have been better if they had lived. In the end you will need to forgive yourself for living if that makes sense in any any way. It is not your fault that they did not live through that terrible night"

He goes quiet now, his mouth, face and body not saying what he feels inside 'how can you claim to help this man when you can't help yourself, when the dreams haunt your every night to the point where you fear to go to sleep at night'

Ben stopped coming into therapy about a month ago, maybe he doesn't need you anymore maybe something happened to you, however here you are in your new house in Silent Hill, figuring out where to put your office for patience where to put your pictures, where to set up your new life, and someone is knocking at your door.

Sitting at his desk with his back to the door, sorting through box after box set all around him, not really thinking about when he calls "Yes yes.. come on in, it's open......"  Turning around though, to look at who enters

"Hello I'm Mrs. Moody, Sheriff Moody's wife, I wanted to welcome you to the town, I have a gift basket."  The women looks like she's maybe 6 or 5 years older then Aaron she's wearing nice clothes and holding a basket that seems personally made there is also a rapped package that looks like a picture.

Aaron turns fully now, giving the woman a friendly but somewhat distant smile "Hello mrs. Moody, please.. come on in, please excuse the mess, i am still settling in"  Standing up, he offers her the one chair not filled with boxes and the like "Have a seat, can i get you something to drink?" He accepts the basket politely with a smile

"Oh why thank you is it Dr. or Mr. Brown, you know I have to admit that Dr. Brown makes me think of those Back to the Future Movies."  She says her grin is pleasant and genuine, as she seats herself down.  "You can call me Cindi if you like."

"It is a pleasure to meet you Cindi, i'm only dr. Brown when i am in session, so it's either mr Brown or simply Aaron if you prefer"  He sets the basket down, taking out the wrapped picture curiously, undoing the wrapping to look inside "Can i get you coffee, or something else?"

"Oh well then Aaron, I'll always take a first name as long as I can get one."  She says smiling, the painting looks like an abstract picture of the lake trees and all.  "Oh tea please, non Caffinated if you have any."

There's also cupons for several places in town and some basics including toilet paper in a nice little cozie.  Fruit and other things including a bad with the shop name Fresh Roast Coffee on it.

"So what brings you to our little town?"

Aaron begins to dig through bags in search of some tea "I do have some.. but no non-caffeinated... is regular alright?" Pulling out a waterboiler and put it on to get some hot water for the tea. "And as for you other question.... I guess the proper question is, what brings me back... I was in the orphanage here a long time ago and i felt it was time to come back. Done pretty well for myself with my practice in LA, when i heard there was need for a therapist here, I offered..."

"What Orphanage, our oldest Vivi was adopted from Shepherd's before... the incident."  Cindi lowers her voice a little at the end of the sentence, "Oh regular tea will do I prefer decaffeinated it just makes me a little jumpy."

Julie eased the bike to a stop in the driveway of the house.
Kawasaki-Ninja-ZX14.jpg

The Orange and Black bike was known to most residents of Silent Hill as was the orange logo of a witch flying on a broom custom airbrushed on the side of her full face helmet as being a courier from Witcher Transport over in Sheppard's Glen.

Standing and stepping clear of the bike, Julie took her helmet off and shook out her messy blonde hair. She unzipped her leather jacket

showing off another kevlar bike vest beneath it.

Setting the helmet on the bike's seat she begins removing a package from the storage tank on the back of the bike. She doesn't know what's in it and doesn't really want to know. She doesn't get paid to ask questions, just bring the stuff where it's supposed to go.

Taking the package in both hands she's a little surprised by the weight but it's nothing worse than any other package she's delivered before.
Julie practically hops up the front steps she's moving so quickly and raps on the door, seeing the wires dangling from the as yet unconnected doorbell.
While she waits to see if anyone's home she checks the invoice over.

Excusing himself to Cindi as he hears the knock on the door, getting up and opening the door, looking at the leather-clad woman standing before his door. Not being  a local she is of course not familiar to him. "Good afternoon.... miss" guessing a little, but thinking he can get away with it if he's wrong anyway. Looking at the package she is holding "This is for me?"

Julie smiles warmly as the man opens the door. "Afternoon sir, I believe it is indeed for you, that is if you happen to be a Mr. Aaron Brown." Julie's standing in a very confident yet relaxed pose. "I'm from Witcher Transport. Unfortunately I have to make a request of you, you see," She holds out the invoice to show to the man at the door. "Among other strange things regarding this package such as the sender using the name John Doe and giving an address that is utterly false in their information it seems they've paid a considerable amount extra to make sure it gets opened immediately on delivery."
Julie quirks an expertly manicured eyebrow and with a slight smirk says "Haven't made enemies in town already have we?" She pauses and her smile spreads a little "I can assure you it's entirely safe, all packages that our company handles are scanned and x-rayed to make sure they don't contain anything that could be injurious to our clientele or drivers. Mind it is fairly light and supposedly fragile, I am concerned it may have broken during the trip."
She's talking swiftly but not so fast he wouldn't be able to follow, every word properly enunciated and clear.

Aaron raises a curious eyebrow at the statements, looking more then a little confused at the circumstances. "Only a few people know i have moved here, and as far as i know nobody wishes me ill....." Taking the package from the woman, he begins to open it, not fully understanding why it is necessary but not feeling like arguing it either.

The objects contained are in remarkably good condition. Two toy radios for children, very carefully on the side in black magic Marker on one that is yellow has been written Aaron, and on the red one has been written Julie.

They where given out at the Orphanage one Christmas and the name of each child was written on them carefully.

Julie remains at the door while the man who is presumably Aaron Brown opens the package. "Everything alright with the contents?" She asks.

He stared at the contents of the package wordlessly, confusion registering clearly on his face. Reaching inside he takes out the radio labeled with his name, wondering who could possibly know about this who would know he was back here.... feeling a shiver run over his back

Julie can see that Aaron is obviously disturbed by the contents he doesn't answer her as if he is in his own little world.

However Julie can see the Familiar Children's toy in Aaron's hand.

"Sir?" Julie asks a little concerned. "Is everything alright?" Julie seems a little agitated by the radio but not too much. Most of her memories of the orphanage are pleasant ones, she was only 4 when she left to join the Witcher clan, but she DOES remember the radios...

"Uhm... yes.... sorry.. i am fine... do you need me to sign anything for the delivery?" Trying to recompose himself... after all, why should a radio like he got as a kid trouble him.. it's just a coincidence, or someone who knew him from back then playing a joke... there can't be anything creepy about this, right?
"I guess from this then, you grew up in the orphanage as well?"

There is static that suddenly bursts from Aaron's radio, there is something, something just past the static.

Aaron knows it as the voice of his former patient Ben, "H..elp... me...please..." There is some more static which makes the scream seems soft and distant, "Doc..or.. please..." and then the radio seems to go dead.

It was so quiet so random that it's almost as if it didn't happen.

Julie's eyes go wide at the sound of the static. "Tell me you heard that too..." she says softly. "I did live in an orphanage when I was very young. My name is Julie." Her eyes haven't left the radio in Aaron's hand.

Visibly shaken now at the voice, he looks over at Julie "I.. thought as much... you recognised the radios.... and we must have imaged that happening, radios that are turned off don't static and definately not in voices, it must have been something else....." His voice and body language aren't exactly matching up though, his voice is calm and steady while his body is tense

The radio makes no more noise or complaint.

"Ye-yeah I think you're right, we must have imagined it." Julie says clearly still agitated. She holds out the invoice and a pen taken from inside her jacket. "I, um, I need you to sign here." She indicates a line on the form. "When were you..." Julie studies Aaron's face, trying to recall him from the haze of people from her youth.
