"He wanted to know all about what happened around the time of the murders. And about, Crazy Old Witch Gillespie. Okay maybe she was just a lonely women who lived in the ass end of nowhere but all those children died after her daughter was burned to death in a fire."
"I think I remember Morris and Vivi talking about that crazy lady," Liz will put a hand over her mouth. "Vivi said that Crazy lady followed her around and would show up at her house, she really freaked Cindi out."
"Crazy lady? you mean Dahlia right? I read something Morris said about her daughter dying and then the headless calves, or was it a three headed calf? either way, were born, right?" I'm a little hazy on the details. we went over a lot.
"Three Headless Baby cows no heads. Freaky huh?" The waiter will come and bring water and ask for orders. After the waiter leaves Jake continues. "Yeah Dahlia, and her daughter. Heard they where both Witches in School."
I laugh and shake my head, "Kids, huh? they can be pretty cruel. If memory serves kids use to call me a mummy. I even got nick named 'bubba ho tep' by my older sister. What happened to the calfs?"
"Was your sister with you at the Orphanage?" Liz asks curiously. She hadn't thought Mr. Glass had any relatives. "Or is she a Foster sister?" She muses a little allowed. Liz will sip her water and look a Sawyer.
I flicked the tip of my nostrils and nodded. The flick is a twitch I have that only those close to me know that it's the sign the fuze has been lit. "Foster? yes. But the Glass family took in the kid with a body cast knowing he wasn't going to change. they've supported me my whole career even when I moved across the country with nothing but the hope that I'd get the chance to be on the big screen. So more of a sister than a foster." Capeesh?
"I think everyone has that something that makes them feel like they belong. ever seen citizen Kane? Rosebud. I guess my philosophy is that the point of life is finding that somewhere." I said. Y'know now that I think about it, maybe I should go to the other place that made me feel at home. the orphanage. Sure it might be a waste of time, but I still should, for pity sakes at least. ((sound good?))
